Reiki &
Chakra Balancing
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, relaxation, meditation that also promotes healing. The sessions begins with the guidelines / intention setting and is followed by 15 min of integration (feedback, intuitive reading, guidance).
The treatment consists of Breath-work, Meditation, full Reiki body scan, Reiki Healing, Chakra balancing, Aromatherapy (essential oils & smudging) and Sound Healing (Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Tingsha Tibetan bells, Koshi chimes, swinging chimes and/or other sound-healing instruments).
Tools used in a Reiki session may vary as every treatments is different and is tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
60 min treatment + 15 min integration (75 min total) - $180
Private Soundbath Meditation
The Sound Bath treatment is a truly holistic restorative experience tailored to each individual.
In this session we use sound and frequency to help you move into a deep meditative state, unplug, and rest. Sound Therapy has shown to lower anxiety, stress and tension, improve sleep, mood and ability to focus. This private Sound Healing experience includes: Breath-work, Meditation, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Sound Bath (gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, Tingsha Tibetan bells, Koshi chimes, swinging chimes, Ngoni and/or other sound-healing instruments). Instruments may vary as every treatment is different.

Distant Reiki Healing
Distant Reiki is a method of Reiki healing where the practitioner sends healing energy to someone who isn't physically present. They do this using intention and focused thought, often with the aid of Reiki symbols. Recipients can experience similar benefits to in-person sessions, including relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief. Distant Reiki is valuable for those unable to receive in-person sessions due to distance or other reasons.
30 min treatment + 15 min integration (45 min total) - $100

Meditation & Pranayama
Explore different meditation and breathing techniques. Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body, Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together two mean breath extension or control. Multiple studies report that Pranayama decreases anxiety and stress; helps with focus, attention, emotional processing; brings awareness and peace; trains the mind to be in a present moment. Ikigai Coaching
Group and Private Ikigai Coaching and Workshops. Ikigai is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.
Ikigai coaching helps people live meaningful and fulfilling life filled with purpose, happiness, gratitude, flow and personal growth. To the Japanese, the word ‘ikigai’ is usually used to indicate the source of value in one’s life or the things that make one’s life worthwhile. According to Japanese neuroscientist and author, Ken Mogi, ikigai is a spectrum, that includes all the things we value, from the little joys in life to the pursuit of life-defining goals.
Outside of Japan, ikigai is a greatly misunderstood concept with millions of people believing it to be a four-question framework and the “Japanese secret” to a long and happy life.
